A suicide bomber has killed three NATO service members on patrol in eastern Afghanistan on Sunday.
Officials of the mission confirmed that the blast happened in the Khalazai area of Charikar, capital of Parwan province.
It was also confirmed a NATO Resolute Support mission service member and two Afghan soldiers were wounded in the attack.
While confirming the incident, the spokeswoman for the Parwan provincial governor, Wahida Shahkar, said the suicide bomber targeted foreign forces who were on a routine patrol.
Meanwhile, the Taliban fighters have claimed responsibility of the attack.
