An aged woman, Mrs. Dare Veronica has gruesomely killed by unknown killer(s) on Sunday November 28, 2021 while on her way to sweep a Deeper Life Bible Church.
According to reports, the incident happened around 5.30am behind L. A. Primary School at Owalusi area of Iwaroka-Akoko in Akoko Southwest local government area of Ondo State.
Explaining to mercybabs news, the first son of the victim, Mr. Boniface Olusegun said her mother was a member of the church, and that she lived a stone thrown to the church.
“She left home around past 5am to sweep the church in her usual manner. I was called upon later that my mother had been killed close to the church she was going to sweep.
“When I got there, I couldn’t believe my eyes… she had been slaughtered on the neck by unknown killer(s) —very painful! She was left in the pool of her own blood”, Olusegun said.
Olusegun, who also explained that they immediately called on the DPO of the nearest police station and operatives of Amontekun, said the body of his mother has been taken to mortuary.
